Best RTA I have ever used !!!!!

Posted by Unknown on Feb 22, 2016

If you care more about quality than beauty then this tank is just for you. I currently own a black rx200 and this tank in black doesn't look too bad on it. There is about 4mm of overhang or less on the front but the quality of the vape I get is more than enough to make this an all the time use. I have all kinds of tanks from the griffin to the mutation tank. (Not the mutank) and this outperforms every time. I currently have two fused claptons on it and it's just delicious.

VCMT is my favorite RTA by far.

Posted by Unknown on Feb 21, 2016

Building tips for this device at end of review. Pros: 1. RDA sized Velocity style build deck. 2. Large tank capacity. 3. Plenty of airflow. 4. Wicking (juice flow) control ring. See below. 5. Top fill. Cons: 1. No 510 drip tip option. This does not bother me but it is pretty standard to provide this option. 2. Tank section o-rings should be a little thicker. It sometimes leaks a little, especially when filling a clean tank. Awesome RTA. It is a little expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion. Wicking advice follows: Hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes. First I have never put too much wicking in the juice channels. The first time I built on this the juice just pored out through airflow holes on the deck because I did not put enough wicking. Unlike other RTA's you have to try very hard to over wick the juice wells. I turn the juice flow control completely closed and stuff as much cotton as I can in the juice wells with a little screwdriver. After juicing up the wicking and coils, I screw the chimney on almost tight then open the juice flow control all the way, then tighten the chimney all the way down. I then use my screwdriver to mold the cotton so it blocks entire bottom of the juice well. Also, make sure the wicking does not touch the airflow holes, otherwise it will leak. When filling the tank I find that screwing the fillcap about 90% tight and turning upside down to finish tightening tends to prevent leaks from flooding the coils. There will be a little leakage from top of tank (maybe 1-2 drops equally distributed around fillcap). For me that is better than having it leak into the airflow. I hope you enjoy this tank as much as I do.

    Box was ripped open.

Posted by Unknown on Feb 21, 2016

The package that my vcmt came in was perfectly fine, but my vcmt box was damaged and ripped open. It was also missing tha bag of Orings and screws along with the tool that it was suppose to come with. I messaged eciggity about it and they wanted me to jump through 100 hoops to show them what was damaged and missing...I couldn't just take a pic and email it to them, no, they wanted me to make a video then upload that video to a website all because they screwed up. I will not be purchasing anything else from eciggity ever agaim.

Great tank, wonderful capacity. You will have to experiment on wicking, to see what will work for you. Amazing flavor, great airflow, HUUUGE deck. Buying another one ASAP!

Not perfect but close [VCMT 25mm]

Posted by Scott S on Feb 17, 2016

Pros: Large velocity style deck, holds a ton of juice, looks awesome, good amount of spare parts, Machined and built well. Hits like a train. Cons: Covered in machine oil out of the box. Had to scrub it with a toothbrush/dishsoap then run it through 2 30 min cycles in an untrasonic sterilizer to get rid of the taste. Leaks a few drops (~.1-.2ml) per fill, probably because of pressure inside the tank pushing on the wick ports when juice flows in. 4 stars because of the cons. Fix the leaking issue and give it a bath before sending it out and v2 will be a solid 5 stars.

    huge airflow and capacity

Posted by Mike on Feb 16, 2016

Love this tank. I can put big builds in it and really easily. Wicking is a little tricky because massive airholes but I've only had a little seeping in first 2 builds. Airflow ring feels solid but is little loose if u leak any juice it will seep thru the bottom of a ring. Still workin on technique. Very solid quality piece and I'm very happy with the purchase. Every tank before this left me desiring more air or juice capacity but this one has filled that need. Quick shipping too. Got it over a weekend.

    Very happy

Posted by Wayne on Feb 15, 2016

Got to say I'm very impressed with how fast this tank got to me in Canada. A week and one day to get here from Hawaii! Wow. Struggled with wicking this from the start, tried tucking the cotton all the way down the channel, and got dry hits and weak flavor, thinned the cotton at the bottom of the channel and the Flavor jumped but leaked filling. Then I tried turning the juice flow ring around and tucked the cotton like you would with the crius or the Griffin, and ohhh yeah! That did it, great Flavor, no dry hits, nice saturated vape, and no leaks filling. By far my favourite rta so far. Big build deck, loads of airflow, and even better it doesn't whistle when you close it down. If you get it, witch I highly recommend, try wicking it this way.
