I like the way this tank looks. The coil cutting jig is really nice for postless decks like this has.
This comes with a squonk 510 pin, but I don't sqonk so I replaced it with the included solid 510. That is problem 1, the solid 510 pin is a two piece thing, you screw the long part into the tank then add a short screw to complete it. Very weird and not the best on holding a resistance reading.
Once it is assembled, I put two plain clapton coils that should be 0.24 for the pair, wicked it, primed and filled the REALLY small tank.
Put it on a Triade 250C, it read at 0.30 ohms, incorrect. Twist it a little off/on, resistance read 0.14 ohms.
Get a different mod, a 75C and it was consistent, 0.30 ohms.
After playing with an identical tank and finding about the same readings, I replaced both sets of coils and had nearly the same results.
Put the mod on EScribe and ran the Atomizer Analyser. After a while, I found that tightening the tank down to where I thought it would break got a stable resistance reading of 0.235 ohms. Vapes great in Replay mode that way.
Do I really want to have to connect the mod to EScribe every time I change tanks? Nope.
You'll have to take the tank off the mod if you are not a squonker as the top is VERY hard to get off to fill the tank with a bottle. No way I'm going to pull that hard with it connected to my mod, I might loosen the 510 connector.
In all, maybe if you are a squonker it could be a nice tank.
The sheer hell the solid 510 pin introduces makes this something that will sit on a shelf for me though. Too hard to fill, too little juice in the tank, too finicky on getting the resistance to read properly.
A shame, because it does have smooth air flow and great taste when it is all working properly.
