I bought all of eCiggity's remaining stock of stainless ones. This is one tank I will always want around. I'm not into dual coil tanks and have always preferred the simplicity of a single coil tank. My first build was 316L stainless 3mm to use with temperature control. This tank excels in this mode. Proper wicking is important. Too much and it will not feed properly. Too little and it feeds too much. Of course you can adjust the juice flow if needed but I prefer to get the wicking where the thing works best with the juice flow wide open. I've had zero leaks with this tank no matter how I wicked it. I highly recommend this tank for any single coil fan so buy some while you still can. The only con I find is I personally do not like copper center pins. I fully understand copper is a great conductor but with today's devices what little resistance a stainless center pin may have is easily compensated for by the device. A stainless center pin does not tarnish like copper will so consistency is maintained. A copper center pin does no good if it's tarnished and they do tarnish. Most of us have moved away from the use of mechanical mods and it's time to move away from copper center pins as well. They offer absolutely zero benefit over stainless when used with a regulated device and are actually a negative when they get tarnished. I don't like the fact that I have to polish the copper every now and then to get the best conductivity. So if any manufacturers reads this I hope they get the hint. NO MORE COPPER CENTER PINS.
Other than it having a copper center pin I rate this tank 10 out of 10 for performance. I'm going to see if I can find some stainless center pins in my parts collection that fit. If I can find a fit I'll change them all to stainless. Just by the thing. You'll love it!! eCiggity has the best price I have found and they ship very fast.
