If you want to go back 5 years in vape time. You will get kick out of this.
It is tough to build because you wrap the wire around the screw. It works fine a good vape.
Not Totally Useless

This tank... boy is it a hassle. It took me hours just to get the wicking down and I've had problems left and right. The airflow ring is useless, in fact it serves more purpose as an actual ring, and the juice feeding is to small. If any bit of wick gets into those channels even a little bit then you're in dry hit city. Light wicking and tucking under the coil and over the channel but not in works best. Even then it still feels a little on the dry side. Once you manage to crawl under the barbed wire and figure this tank out, it rewards you with a below average vape... But hey, I only got it for the antique value so I wasn't expecting much. If you want one just to own one then get it but if you're actually looking for an older tank with a good vape look elsewhere. The Kayfun V5 or Russian 91% V2 is your best bet.

It feels a bit chintzy as compared to the Kayfun Nano and it's got nothing on the Billow. As others have mentioned, it's a finicky build. But it vapes OK and since we don't know what the FDA is up to next, you can't have too many RTAs. Totally worthwhile for the clearance price.

The Fogger is a mouth to lung, high vapor dencity, lower vapor volume dual coil non sub ohm tank, flavor, this version ( 4.1-4.4) is known as the Tod moded version, when Tod, ( Tods reviews) reviewed the version 4.0, every single negative he addressed, was changed by YI Loong, two post, small chamber, made for flavor, machining is excellent, Vapes like a dual air/coil path Kayfun 3.1, ( a good build is a pair of 1.8 ohm coils) do not compare this with modern sub ohm dual coil lung hit tanks, small chamber required good building skills, but with 12-24 mg, at under 24 watts, MtL, superb preforming tank, ( just purchased my 7th one)

I like it.
Easy build, but be careful filling

The Fogger 4 rta is one of the easiest dual coil units I've ever had the pleasure of building. Wicking is almost as easy. Filling, on the other hand, can be problematic. For starters, never over tighten this tank. The o-rings get distorted and the tank leaks everywhere. Also, take it slow and easy when filling or you'll cover the base and your hands with e-liquid. Once built and filled, it's s very satisfying vape.

Not that easy to build on or wick but when you figure it out, it's not a bad vape. Air holes could be bigger. Good flavor, but draw is too tight for a lung inhaler.
overall a good rta

The fogger v4.1 is great if you get your build right, if you mess up a little bit on the build juice will flow out of your airholes.
Great but pain in the ass

Works great once you finnally set it all up but a lot of leaking and hard to get ur coils in if your gonna have a dual coil design make jokes in the positive and negative posts or have a single coil setting because it's just the biggest bitch to set up but once you do vapes great
