Excellent RTA, works great for me. Easy to build and easy to correct if build is not perfect. I think I'm going to order a second so I have have two. Get one.
Probably the best I've used

So, I ordered this because my Kayfun lite finally bit it. Loved that thing to death. I have to say, this is actually my new favorite. I love this tank! It holds so much liquid that I only have to fill it about once every day and a half. It hasn't dripped on me once, and that is saying something. I find the build deck a little small... but easy enough to work with. I think it produces amazing flavor. I have this sitting on a iPV D3 and vape it anywhere from 35w - 45w... the taste is insane! I just can't say enough good things about this device. Plus, it looks amazing. I actually like the very, very small taper. It really gives it a polished look.
Best rta by far

Best rta I ever used the only downfall is no extra glass it would have five stars if there was extra glass
Great dual coil deck

This build deck was super easy to tear down and rebuild from the start. This is my first dual coil RTA and the first time I built it took me not much longer than building my normal single coil RTA. It also has superb airflow and great juice capacity. By far this is the best dual coil RTA out there
Great RDTA w/ great flavor

I love the Billow with dual claptons !! I had to take the time to learn how to build the deck because with Claptons there is not a lot of room. I finally got it right with 26/32 gauage Claptons, 5 wraps on a 2mm jig that comes in at .32 ohms and at 32 watts she vapes like a dream with great flavor. You have to wick this thing right but with practice it is not too hard and I have absolutely no leaking even if I lay it on its's side. I don't know that I would recommend this tank for a first time builder but if you have a little experience then you will love the results.
Not exactly what I was expecting

As an x-smoker, I started out needing a lot of airflow restriction. After a year or so of vaping I have finally graduated to the wide open airflow of the modern day drips. I don't care for drips since the flavor is not consistent. I am a chain vaper and dripping every 10 minutes is a pain in the butt.
I thought the billow was going to have the airflow of a dripper, but it does not. Billow does have much more airflow than the sub box mini i came from, but again, not as much as an RDA.
Compared to a dripper, the flavor is very consistent. I have also found that the cotton lasts a bit longer, since I no longer have accidental dry hits.
I would definitely recommend this RTA to anyone who has an RTA but wants more airflow. I look forward to billow V3 and will buy it as soon as it is available.
Step aside, Aromamizer

Once you get this thing wicking right, it's a beast.

I am very happy with my Billow V2. Now, for future means and purposes, I suggest potential revisions to the design: (1) The deck could be bigger. Maybe change from 4 post to a Velocity-style 2-post design. (2) Airflow could be airier.
Eciggity has always been my go-to vendor for RDTAs, and supplies, and their performance was great as usual. Keep it up!
We have revamped the Billow v1 with new and improved features; introducing the Billow v2! The glass section now measures 23mm in diameter (we wanted to keep the 5ml e-liquid capacity and made it shorter than the Billow v1), but the base and the top cap of the Billow v2 are still 22mm in diameter allowing it to still sit flush on all of your 22mm mods!
New barrel and groove exterior design with two piece chimney
Rebuild and make adjustments to your wick and coils without dumping out your juice
Deck is designed with cotton grooves for convenient wick placement
No more screws to fill juice or adjust airflow
Adjustable Airflow Ring
Peek Insulator for low sub-ohm durability
Bigger Airflow Hole on the Airflow Ring and Deck
Wide Bore Delrin Base Drip Tip
Note: The Airflow Ring's resistance (how easily it turns) can be adjusted to your liking by slightly screwing in or screwing out the small screw under the Airflow Ring.
Coil Recommendation: We recommend building 2.5mm or smaller diameter coils for the Billow v2. We made the deck size small to increase flavor and to keep the 5ml capacity.
